Barrack Obama was born on august 4, 1961 in Hawaii. His parents were American and Kenyan, he soon moved to Indonesia where he lived for four years. It is not known if he is of Muslim or Christian faith. He maintains he is Christian but many sources have said he is Muslim. Barrack Obama attended Colombian university and Harvard law school. He graduated magna cum laude, and served as the first African American president of the Harvard law review. After this he worked as a civil rights lawyer and as a senior lecturer in constitutional law.
Barrack Obama became part of the Illinois senate in 1996 and served until 2004. He made a keynote address at the democratic national and was later elected into the United States senate with 70% of the vote. He has helped create legislation to control conventional weapons, and has also legislation regarding electoral fraud, climate change, and nuclear terrorism. He then announced his presidential campaign in February 2007.
